All Sales Are Final.

This means any return or exchange on a purchase is not available unless there is a fault unknown to our company when buying.
 
Every single product that WellyKicks NZ sell is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you have guaranteed satisfaction when you receive your purchase.
 
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind OR incorrect size choice.
We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item to make sure our customers items are in the agreed condition before purchase. If we miss a flaw with product customers are more then welcome to email us and inquire about a return, refund or exchange.
 
If we at WellyKicks NZ think the items flaw/condition isn't up to our standards we will deem the item exchangeable or refundable depending on stock. We will then email you back with further instructions.
 
If a customers return inquiry is accepted, the customer Must ship the item back to our branch in the exact same packaging and condition as it arrived.
(Product must be shipped to us within 5 business days of accepting the customers Refund/Return inquiry. This includes; the same shipping box, with all accessories or promotional material.
 
We also would like to address; WellyKicksNZ is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
